Københavns IF welcomes you to OMEC 26 Saturday August 8th

In order to participate you need to be at least 30 years old (born in 1996 or earlier)

Events:
Hurdles (short and long distance), 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 5000, Long jump, High jump, Triple jump, Pole Vault, Shot put, Discus, hammer, weight, javelin, Medley relay (1000 meter)

Medals:
Medals for the best three in each event.

Time schedule:
First event from 10 AM. Preliminary time schedule here. imars.dk from August 3th

Attempts:
I tekniske øvelser gives tre forsøg til alle og yderligere tre forsøg til de 8 bedste. I løbene løbes der direkte  finaler i A- og B-heat efter seedede tilmeldingstider om nødvendigt.

Starting heights/increments:     
There will be no minimum starting heights. In high jump, the bar will be raised by 3 cm increments, and in pole vault by 10 cm.

Callroom/       
attendance     
No call room, but the attendance will be checked at the start of each event.

Results:       
Results will be uploaded to imars.dk

Deadline:         
Send registration form Wednesday July 29th at latest

Bib numbers       
Bib numbers only for participants in 800, 1500 and 5000 meters.

Entrance fee:         
125 kr. per disciplin. Stafet: 200 kr. per hold.
