Københavns IF byder velkommen til de åbne østmesterskaber for MASTERS lørdag d. 3. august.

Events:
Kort hæk (min. 76,2 cm), Lang hæk (min. 76,2 cm), 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 5000, Længde, Højde, Stang, Trespring, Kugle, Diskos, Hammer, Vægt, Spyd, 1000 meter stafet. Der benyttes el-tid i alle løbediscipliner.

Medals:
Medals for the best three in each event.

Attempts:
Three attempts in the technical events. Eight best participants receive another three attempts.

Starting heights/increments:     
There will be no minimum starting heights. In high jump, the bar will be raised by 3 cm increments, and in pole vault by 10 cm.

Callroom/

No call room, but the attendance will be checked at the start of each event.

Bib numbers       
Bib numbers only for participants in 800, 1500 and 5000 meters.

Entrance fee:         
16 Euro per event. Either transfer to SWIFT/BIC: LOSADKKK IBAN: DK1004004015760368 or contact us to arrange cash payment at the event.

Registration after deadline: 
Extra fee, only if slots are available.
